Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 10, 2026

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ConstellaOne website and AI-agent services. By using the website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Eligibility and Accounts

The services are intended for business users who can form a binding agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account or approved communication channels and for keeping any credentials, devices, and authorized users under your control.

Services

ConstellaOne provides early-stage AI-agent services designed to help customers organize business context, prepare briefings, track follow-through, and support operational clarity. Service scope, availability, features, and onboarding requirements may change as the product develops.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the services and the information you provide or approve for use.

  • Provide accurate information and keep account or contact details current.
  • Obtain any permissions needed to share business information with ConstellaOne.
  • Use the services only for lawful business purposes and within agreed approval boundaries.
  • Review AI-assisted outputs before relying on them or sending them to others.

AI-Assisted Outputs

ConstellaOne services may generate summaries, reminders, recommendations, briefings, drafts, or other AI-assisted outputs. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for evaluating outputs and making business decisions.

Communications Consent

If you enable email, SMS, phone, or similar communication features, you authorize ConstellaOne and its service providers to send and receive communications through approved channels for service-related purposes. Message and data rates may apply for SMS or phone communications. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required from your personnel, customers, or other contacts before using communication features with them.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website or services.

  • Do not use the services to violate law, contracts, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.
  • Do not submit content you are not authorized to provide.
  • Do not interfere with, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the services.
  • Do not use the services to create deceptive, harmful, or unlawful content or activity.

Customer Content

As between you and ConstellaOne, you retain rights to information, materials, and content you provide for use with the services. You grant ConstellaOne permission to use that content as needed to provide, maintain, support, and improve the services and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy or applicable agreement.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Each party may receive non-public business, technical, or operational information from the other. Each party should use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for the service relationship, unless disclosure is authorized or required by law. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

ConstellaOne Materials

The website, service design, workflows, software, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by ConstellaOne or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ConstellaOne materials to you.

Fees and Paid Services

Some services may require payment under a separate order, proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Fees, billing terms, cancellation rights, and service scope will be described in the applicable commercial arrangement.

Third-Party Services

The services may work with third-party tools, communication channels, models, hosting providers, or business systems. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and ConstellaOne is not responsible for third-party products or services.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if we believe use violates these Terms, creates risk, is unlawful, is not paid when due, or could harm ConstellaOne, customers, third parties, or the service. You may stop using the services at any time, subject to any separate written agreement that applies.

Disclaimers

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. ConstellaOne disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConstellaOne will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ConstellaOne harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Governing Law

If a separate written agreement, order, or invoice with ConstellaOne specifies governing law or venue, that provision controls for that relationship. If no separate provision applies, these Terms will be governed by the applicable laws and conflict-of-law rules determined by a court or authority with proper jurisdiction.

Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or services. The effective date above reflects the latest version posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
